Wow!

Went for the NDP training yesterday at ngee ann poly. Went for the extra training with Magnum's Force Zhi Liang and Andra but Amy was late. So we can only train with the only 2 flyer michelle and justin.

Then at 1 , more people came. Aces people and more Magnum people came. Then we started doing toss up . So i tried and listen to the advice given by all the seniors there. I'm finally able to understand and to do toss up and extention. Its really the feeling , if the feel is not there , no matter how much I think , i also wont be able to figure out.
